Step 1 - Understanding the client’s needs

  • Conduct interviews with the future employer and his HR manager to gain an in depth understanding of the structure and culture of the organization, including the operating style of the manager.

  • Draft a detailed job description.

 

Step 2 - Research

  • Confidential Assignment : Conduct a direct search when the assignment is confidential, the sources of talents are restricted and/or the number of potential candidates is limited.

  • Non-Confidential Assignment : Openly advertise for a wide selection of candidates, in addition to a direct search.

  • Screen all applications to generate a short list of the most qualified candidates.

 

Step 3 - Candidate assessment

  • Competence based in depth interviews.

  • Personality tests.

  • Reference checking.

 

Step 4 - Shortlist

  • Interview reports sent to client.

  • Debriefing with client.

  • Schedule candidate interviews with client.

 

Step 5 - Contract/Remuneration Negotiations

  • Mediate contract/remuneration negotiations between the client and candidate to insure the assignment is completed successfully and fairly.

 

Step 6 - Follow up to ensure smooth integration
